EstateHR — Real Estate Management System (REMS)
Real Estate HR Suite · Laravel · Role-Based Dashboards · Project & Workforce Management
EstateHR is a real estate workforce and project operations system that brings employees, construction projects, site assignments, attendance, tasks, leave, and payroll into one workspace. Dedicated role-based dashboards give HR, project managers, field staff, and accounts teams the tools relevant to their responsibilities.
Project Overview
EstateHR (Real Estate Management System) is a role-oriented application designed to simplify employee and site operations for a real estate business. The platform presents a shared workspace with distinct views for HR administrators, project managers, engineers, supervisors, and accounts personnel. HR can navigate employee records, departments, designations, work schedules, projects, site assignments, attendance, leave, salary structures, payroll, and employee documents. Project managers have visibility into managed projects, assigned tasks, site work, and their priorities; field staff can focus on attendance, task lists, and leave requests; and accounts personnel can work with salary structures, payroll, and salary payment records. The screenshots demonstrate a consistent dashboard design with operational summaries, prioritized task lists, project overview cards, and role-appropriate navigation. The result is a connected view of people, projects, and everyday work instead of scattered administrative screens.

Challenges & Solutions
HR, project managers, site supervisors, employees, and accounts staff need different information, but a single overloaded dashboard makes routine tasks harder to find.
Organized the application into role-specific dashboards and navigation menus. Each view prioritizes the relevant modules, key figures, and actions for that user group.
Real estate operations connect multiple construction sites, assigned employees, and project-specific tasks, making progress difficult to understand from disconnected lists.
Designed project overview cards and task lists that display project context, priority, and status, giving managers and field staff a focused view of assigned work.
Attendance, leave requests, salary structures, and payroll all belong to the employee lifecycle but are often handled in separate administrative workflows.
Grouped workforce, time-off, and finance modules under a shared workspace so HR, employees, and accounts roles can access the records relevant to their responsibilities.
A broad enterprise dashboard needs to remain readable as the number of modules and responsibilities increases.
Used a consistent layout with clearly grouped sidebar menus, summary cards, recent-task tables, project previews, and quick-access links across each role-specific screen.
